Growing up in Burlington, Iowa, Pat and Joe were high school and college classmates. Pat earned her Master's degree in Psychology from USC and worked as a psychologist and director of special services for Laguna Beach Unified School District before turning her attention to real estate.
Joe earned his degrees (including his Master's) in Engineering. It was a business opportunity in his profession that brought Joe and Pat to California where they have been residents of Orange County since 1963. Pat was Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate, she eventually persuaded Joe to join her in real estate.
Jennifer, born and raised in Southern California, has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and has grown up in a real estate family, she utilizes skills she learned from Pat and Joe as well as specific real estate training to represent her clients diligently and professionally with their real estate needs. Jennifer also performs the advertising and marketing functions for the office.
Brian, born and raised in Southern California, has his Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management and is a former Networking Consultant; he utilizes these business/Internet skills and specific real estate training to represent his clients professionally and tirelessly with their real estate needs. Brian also maintains our web site. Brian is eCertified.
Pat has incredible people skills. She knows on an intuitive level how clients are feeling, what they are looking for and how to handle the anxieties and other difficulties involved in buying or selling a home. Joe is a great listener and problem solver. He oversees the escrow process with a good sense of where difficulties could develop to ensure a smooth transaction. Both Jennifer and Brian make it their business to know what homes are available and continually network with other realtors and review the inventory to keep informed of the ever-changing marketplace.
